When an Advertisers submits a pixel-ad, the pixel-ad information provided will be available to all site Visitors. This includes, but is not limited to, ad URL & ad headline. FindFreeDollars.com does not promise any level of ad performance and can not be held liable for shortcomings. We cannot garuntee with 100% certainty that all ads will direct to a functional webpage containing material appropriate for minors, or are spam/popup/malware/spyware/etc. free. We do our best to ensure the integrity of our click network and have a formal notification system in process to report inappropriate advertiers. However, should you have a claim as a result of accessing an advertiser's site, you hereby agree to release FindFreeDollars.com (and our employees) and any other person, firm, or entity from any damages or claims (including consequential, special and incidental damages) of every kind or nature, suspected and unsuspected, known and unkown, and disclosed or undiscloed, arising out of or in anyway connected with such disputes and your dealings with the advertiser. FindFreeDollars.com, in its sole discretion, determines what is and is not acceptable ad content. Because you have the ability to input your own pixel-ad & link URL, it is your responsibilty to keep your ads clean of any sexual references, profane language, or anything that may be found appropriate by visitors. FindFreeDollars.com reserves the right to reject an ad purchase at its sole discretion if an ad is determined to be unfit. In such an event, the advertiser is entitled to a refund of the purchase amount, less $5. Alternate pixel-ads may also be considered in such an event. In the event that we find your ad URL or pixel-ad unacceptable, we reserve the right to cancel your services, terminate your account and permanently ban you from FindFreeDollars.com's website and revoke any right you may have to a refund. Information You Provide Us. Information provided to use will be safeguarded with our security system. You are responsible for any use of the FindFreeDollars.com website and any related services we provide by persons to whom you intentionally or negligently allow access to your password. Transfer of Payment Information. Any user purchasing advertising on FindFreeDollars.com will be required to execute a payment via Paypal. Paypal username and password information, as well as bank and credit card information is transferred and stored on Paypal's website. FindFreeDollars.com neither sends, receives, has access to, nor stores such information. You hereby agree to release FindFreeDollars.com (and our employees) and any other person, firm or entity from any damages or claims of every kind or nature, known or unknown, arising out of or in anyway connected with the use of Paypal's service. FindFreeDollars.com records every payment received, whether valid or invalid. This includes, but is not limited to, first name, last name, payment address, city, state, zip code, country, payment amount, and sales tax. Credit Card and bank account information are never received or stored by FindFreeDollars.com. Pricing. Pricing is subject to change as FindFreeDollars.com sees fit. Should prices be changed, the change will be clearly reflected on the FindFreeDollars.com homepage. Spoofing & Use of False Information. Individuals who attempt to "spoof" payments or manipulate the amount of the payment transfer hereby forfeit any right to a refund. FindFreeDollars.com, in its sole discretion, warrants a particular payment as spoofed, or generally altered. Refunds. Once your ad is approved and all payments have been made, your purchase is considered final and no refunds may be reuqested. FindFreeDollars.com advertisers have the right to a partial refund in the event that FindFreeDollars.com's service goes down for a period greater than 10 days. The amount of the refund is determined by the average price paid per day. The amount of the refund will be the previously mentioned amount forfeited minus any payment transfer fees FindFreeDollars.com must pay. Payment. Payment for FindFreeDollars.com's service is made in advance. Under no circumstances may you receive a refund for canceling services before the alloted time that was purchased is exhausted. If advertisers wish to continue the service, payment must be made before the pixel-ad's alloted time expires. You further swear that any payment mecahnism used to purchase advertising services is your own. At no time may you use borrowed, stolen, or forged payment or login information to purchase this service. Should you do so, you agree to accept full responsibilty and pay all damages that result from any and all claims that are to be brought against FindFreeDollars.com as a result of your actions. You further agree to claim responbility for any fees, legal or otherwise, placed upon FindFreeDollars.com as a result of said actions. Down Time. In the event that FindFreeDollars.com's service is unavailable, FindFreeDollars.com cannot be held liable for any actual or assumed revenues lost as a result of the downtime. However, a refund may be available, please see item 7. Prizes & Winnings. Visitors who click certain winning locations may be entitled to a cash prize of a predetermined sum of money. These locations are changed at certain intervals of our decision. Prizes are given either via Check or Paypal, whichever suits the visitor. Valid information is required by any such winner to the extent of, first name, last name, address, city, state, zip code, phone number and e-mail. All must be valid inorder to claim any winnings. A maximum of 5 prizes may be won by any one visitor at any one address. visitor found exceeding this limit of 5 prizes per address may not claim their prize. Visitor found using any 3rd party programs, scripts or other means to simulate clicks, or otherwise falsely search for prizes may not claim their prize. FindFreeDollars.com, in its sole discretion, decides who to award prizes to. FindFreeDollars.com employees & employee family members may not participate in FindFreeDollars.com. A maximum of 1 prize may be won by any one visitor per day. In the event that two prizes are won and claimed by the same visitor, FindFreeDollars.com retains the authority to void both prize claims, at our will. Links to Third-Party Sites. The links on the FindFreeDollars.com website will let you leave FindFreeDollars.com's website. Such links are primarily in the form of paid advertisements. FindFreeDollars.com makes a good faith effort to ensure that all direct links are free of popups, spyware, malware, adult content and other malicious internet threats that may harm a user. However, FindFreeDollars.com does not expressly guarantee that all links do not contain such things. Lawful Use. Advertisers and visitors may not use FindFreeDollars.com to conduct, or solicit the performace of, any illegal activity, or to conduct any other activity which infringes on the right of FindFreeDollars.com or any third party. General Provisions. You acknowledge and agree that the FindFreeDollars.com services are provided to you on an "AS IS" basis without any warranty whatsoever, and your sole and exclusive rememdy, and FindFreeDollars.com's sole obligation to you or any third party for any claim arising out of your use of the FindFreeDollars.com services or that of our website, is that you are free to discontinue your use of the FindFreeDollars.com services or that of our website at any time. You agree to indemnify FindFreeDollars.com and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees and other partners and hold them each harmless from any and all claims or demands, including attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising from your use of the FindFreeDollars.com services or connection to our website. You agree that regardless of any statute of or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the FindFreeDollars.com services or the terms and conditions must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred. You agree to submit to jurisdication in California and that any claim arising under these terms and conditions will be brought solely in a state or federal court located in the City of San José, California.
